Entry Passes (muesums, etc)

Hey, this might sound like a stupid question, but what happens with entry passes to mueseums and things like that? Are they already included with the tour price? Do we have to get them when we get to each country?

  with the “things included” and “optional extras” listed on this site, is that everything, or is there a more detailed list in the travel documents you get before contiki?
  
  Do you have to pay to see the sistine chapel, etc? How do you go about organising it? On the net, or when you get to the place of interest?
