Anyone traveled to Tallinn - Estonia?

I know this is not particularly a 'Contiki' question but was wondering if anyone on here has been to Tallinn?
I'm looking at another tour to mix with my Contiki next year and it starts in Tallinn but I don't really know much about the place, ie: whether it's safe for a solo traveller (f/26).
Anyone know?
