getting to airport from royal national hotel before tube open?

I just realised when going over my itinerary yesterday that I fly out from London to Dublin at 7am on a Sunday morning so I think the trains won't be operating then? Has anyone else had this experience? I guess I'll just have to get a cab from the Royal National to the airport but I've heard it can cost about 50 pounds - that's about $106 australian!! 
A similar situation will also occur when I fly back to London from Dublin - flight leaves at 6.50am.
