Looking for information about travelling in NOVEMBER. reefs/rainforests.

Myself and three other frieds have booked a reefs&rainforests tour for november. Im curiouse about weather and about the wildlife. Growing up i've heard alot about deathly bugs,sealife ect...anything we should know? And if you've been on the tour an recomended trip ad-ons?
