Eurostar from Paris to London

Hello everyone 
I've booked a ticket on the Eurostar from Paris to London for the day my tour ends in Paris...but what I'm wondering is how to get from the contiki hotel in Paris to the Paris Gare du Nord in an easy and not too expensive way....If anyone has any advice I'd love to hear it
Also I will be heading to the station on a Friday morning around 6.30am (I know SO early!!)
