Monaco and Cannes during grand prix and film fest

Hi
Could any of the Tour managers or drivers answer this for me..
Im on a contiki contrast tour that will be in Monaco on the night of the 24th May (hence during the Grand Prix) will we still be able to go into Monaco? Will we be likely to see or experience any of this?
Likewise we will be (an optional) in Cannes on the 25th May - the last day of The Cannes film festival..will this hamper our plans? or will we get to visit and revel in it??
Really hope this is a strike of amazing luck and not going to prevent us from being in the area? Thanks!!
