Are you doing it reverse and starting on the 8th of Jan?
My friend did it last year and she told me a few of the btter activities which are:
black water rafting
zorbing
carino day sailing
quad biking
shotover jet and whitewater rafting
canyon swing
Nevis bungy jump
mad dog
helihike
