  Should go for about an hour and then afterwards most people will stay on to get to know each other, have a chat, drink etc in the hotel bar or a bar close-by.
  
  If you really wanted to see Disney at night though you could skip the meeting. If you do that just make sure you catch up with your TM the next morning, before the tour to hand over the paperwork that he/she needs.
