Third wheel on Italian Espresso and/or Simply Italy tours (repost)

I've travel solo on a contiki trip before (European Magic) and there was fair bit of single people so as a solo traveler I didnt feel out of place amongst a bunch of couples. I am again traveling solo and single this year. I'm considering either the Italian Espresso or Simply Italy tours. Simply Italy was actually listed as a suggested couples tour in the brochure. What I'm wondering are there usually more couples then singles/solo travelers on these tours and will I feel left out or feel like a third wheel on these tours?
