Need Advice on a trip

Hi! I am looking to go on either European Horizon, European Magic or the London & Paris + Rome. I am hoping to go Next March (16th ish), during spring break. Any advice on which tour would be better? Also, how about the weather during March?
My main purpose is to visit Paris. But I want a good tour that I can see all the sights that I would otherwise miss. I have heard that the London & Paris + Rome is not guided. Also, I am only looking to go for about 11-12 days.
