Hi, I did the Berlin to Budapest tour last year and it was incredible! If you budget 120 euros you will be rolling in it! obviously depends on what you choose to do, if youre doing the optional excursions, if you like shopping, if you use taxis vs public transport (and id recommend public transport, the metro in berlin is so quick, easy and cheap!)... i budgeted 60 euros per day and in prague i was often under budget!
prague is really quite cheap – you can get cocktails for approx 4 euros, and beer is obviously cheaper. berlin isnt as cheap, but from my experience not as expensive as italy, france, england etc.
