Most of the people that did the multi-day sail had done it before, so it was a given that they enjoyed it. If you think you’ll enjoy sailing go for it. Otherwise, the one day sail goes to the same places, and you’ll be able to sleep in a comfortable bed for two nights. I’m very glad I did the one day sail, the people that did the two day sail were glad they did it. So there isn’t much to lose either way.
