Tour Overlap

17 Dec 2008 Explorer1117949 said

Hi I am currently booked in to do 2 tours. When the first tour finishes in Rome, my next tour has already started 2 days prior (but is still in rome). I am required to join up with the tour in Rome prior to them leaving Rome the next morning. Has anyone done this before? Contiki said it's not a problem, but will it be hard for me to find the other tour? What is the liklihood of both tours being in the same hotel? And also, should I try and joim them the night before or the breakfast of the day we leave Rome?<BR>Sorry for so many questions, any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I would let your TM know from your first tour, even if they are not staying at the same hotel they will likely be able to get in touch with your next TM. I would suggest trying to meet up with the new tour for 1 meal, it might help get to know the people on that tour so you’re not the person who showed up 2 days late.
