  hi sam, im getting really excited about leaving too – its so close! the info packs should come out about 3 weeks prior to the tour- your travel agent gets them and sends them on, or if you booked youself then they should be delivered in the same time, hope this helps :-)

  Carla is right but in the case of my travel agent, i will be hasselling him to make sure he has them and passes them along (he has stuffed up quiet a bit in the planning on the trip)
