Paris accomodation

Hi there, I am looking to do the London to Paris 7 day trip. Afterwards I am going to go to Amsterdam and wondering where abouts the accommodation is in Paris and is it easy to get to the train station from there?

  Are transfers included in the price – from Heathrow to whatever accomm I am given when I book my place on the tour? And can I buy additonal nights at that hotel (i am looking to arriving up to 2 or so days before the tours starts) – I was able to do this when I did a contiki tour in America last year.
