Glasgow to London train/tour finishing times

I'm going on the England and Scotland 9 day tour on August 6th and will be catching the Glasgow to London train back on the 14th. The itinerary says that the train will arrive at 1pm, but is this an estimate or an exact time?
I'm catching the Eurostar to Paris shortly after the Glasgow train arrives in London, and I don't want to miss my train to Paris - would the tour end as soon as you hop off the train at 1pm?
