I am having problem checking in. I am from Canada and am automatically re-directed to the canadian site. However, I booked with a US Website.

I would be more comfortable to have my info online should something happen on the trip. The coupons would be a bonus too.

    I’m having a similar problem. The website cannot match the CHCANS booking number which was sent to me.

    Hi guys, thanks for alerting us of the issues you are still experiencing with checking in. Though we pushed through an update yesterday that should have resolved issues some people were having, there still seem to be a few people continuing to experience issues checking in online. In order to help us address this issue fully, would you be able to try checking in once more and let me know the following?

    1. What happens when you enter your booking ID?
    2. Do you receive an error message? If so, what does it say?
    3. If the system didn’t recognize your booking ID, did you receive a prompt to provide your first name, last name, travel month & year?
    4. What happened next?

    If you could also send me a private message with your
    A. First and last name (must match what you used when booking)
    B. Booking ID
    C. Selling region (country you live in/booked your tour from)
    D. Tour departure month & year

    If anyone else is still experiencing issues, could you please send me a private message with the above details as well? Any additional info is also welcome as this will aid us in pinpointing the outstanding bug.

    Thanks trbr, I’ve just replied back. We’re still working on resolving the issue, so your details are much appreciated to help us replicate the error for fixing.
