Well Melsie,
Thanks for the info. It’s kind of funny to hear. Those boot have been popular here since like 2003. I thought they were the uggliest things ever. And everyone on my college campus had them.
So I finally gave in and got a pair this winter. They are actually nice to just throw on when you have to run out!
Thanks for the info Melsie. Def better then me showing up there, and asking in person!- 0 people like this

We don’t do uggs freely in Perth either! I’m 28 and I can tell you I have never owned a pair LOL!
From what I have seen, the best place to buy them from (in Perth) is souveniour shops.- 0 people like this

Myer (Department Store) sells ugg boots now. They aren’t cheap though. The full sized ones are around $200 from memory, and I think it was around $150 for the mid calf ones. I think you get pick up ugg boots at the Queen Victoria Market in Melbourne too.
But like everyone has said there are imitations everywhere.
And yes, most Australian’s are anti-ugg boots. Although I must admit I own a cheap imitation. They make good slippers!- 0 people like this

hey i have a few aussie friends who would never wear uggs in Aus but once they came to the UK, experience the weather, they wore them over here lamost every day lol, it was okay becuase uggs are not that laughable here. My brother brought me uggs in Aus, which just said UGGS AUSTRALIA on the lable and they were half the price they would be in the UK or USA- 0 people like this

Hi,
I am from Perth and I live in my ugg boots in winter, they are great to run down to the shops in and camping. Wool places and markets are the best places to buy ugg boots. The average price for a good set is $120. It’s best to put a bit of money into them and get a pair that will last a few years.- 0 people like this
