Euros are accepted in Switzerland, but the norm is that you will receive Swiss Francs in change

We had to change our euros into francs, but the place that the contiki took us to (swiss army knife shop/souvenier shop) changed it for us. We only stopped over there for one night and didn’t actually spend any money.
