  My Best Friend and I are heading on this tour and we leave Australia on the 21st, so think we get in on the 23rd- we then leave on the 1st of November, staying in Singapore on the way home.
  Both 21 yr old Girls!

  I did find some trips that take you to the town of Fayoum. Its about 47 miles south of Cairo. It wont really take up a whole day, but it does look rather interesting.

  We only really have the last day of our tour, 31st Oct, where tour finishes at Brekkie to do a day tour if anyone is interested? Or the other thing I found on the net was sand-surfing and also quadbiking in the Sahara, that would be fun???

  aww guys im so jealous! I just got back from this trip and to see you all counting down to it is so depressing!
  You will have a blast… the overnight trains are the only bummers, and u just have to drink all night to get thru it but otherwise it is so freakin awesome!
  hope u have a great group like i did.. let me know if u had anything u wanna ask
