Need some advice for 3 days in Singapore

Hi there,
I'm going to stay in Singapore in May 12 on business. But I have free- day so I don't know what is "must-see" destinations in Singapore. What is the best place to view country?
Which hotel is the best service with best prices near by Scotts Road? How do you think spend all day in safari?
Any advice or recommendations it would be greatly appreciated.

I absolutely agree with you Singapore is the most expensive so If I have a chance to travel I will go Vietnam, Thailand and Bali .
