It depends on where you are. I know in some parts there might not be fireworks due to extreme fire danger but you can easily google each city and find out what is going on. Usually a parade, concerts, arts and crafts kind of stuff.

Just realised after reading this, so am I! I’m on the LA to the Bay, hopefully it will be a good stop on the 4th!!
