Hey there!
I can’t speak for Contiki, but only from personal experience of living in the Rockies (Jasper) for the past little while….
Around September/October the weather can be incrediably unpredictable…making travel between places (such as Jasper and Banff) sometimes impossible in the fall/winter.
As far as attractions etc to see/do, a lot of things enter ‘down time’ between Labour Day (early Sept) or by Canadian Thanksgiving (early-mid Oct). Things pick up again when the mountains open for skiing usually in November…but again, the travel through the mountains (especially on a coach) would probably be pretty difficult….- 0 people like this
