Are any Americans waiting to go to Europe after (I hope!!!) the $USD is worth more ??

I would love to go to Europe this summer, but am worried about the expense/losing money because of the terrible exchange from the dollar to the Euro. Who knows...I might just go to Europe...but am kind of thinking of maybe just going on an American Contiki (Wild Western, Alaska or Hawaii Tours) or a place that doesn't use the Euro. Is the exchange rate better/cheaper for Russia/Baltic Tour?
