Hi!!

I leave for my Europe trip in 3 weeks... i heard from alot of people that the tube was much cheaper and alot quicker to take to the Royal National Hotel from Hethrow because they always leave on time and very frequently... The hotel transfers were going to cost me about $145 Aussie return from Hethrow to the R/N. (very costly).

I saw that someone had mentioned they had a bad experience with their hotel bus transfers due to the driver taking the scenic route and all up it took over 2 hours to get there... i guess it would also depend on traffic - peak hour etc.

I arrive in London at 6:45 in the morning... so the tube will be ok to take there, but should i consider booking transfers back to the airport on my return home so that i dont miss the plane...i depart at around 9:00 am from Hethrow? or is the tube a better, more efficient option? I am worried that i may miss the plane home... lol.

Any advice will be appreciated...
