Oh so many questions!!!

Hey there,
I am going on the European Inspirations tour starting on the 18th December... It means Christmas in Munich and New Years in Florence! I am very very excited but also a lil annoyed with Contikit... I have received my travel docs but with an included apology for the missing intinary... I have to pick the itinary up from London when I get there... This sux a fair bit cos I cant plan for optional activities etc plus it would be wonderful to know what will be happening on Christmas and New Years!! Anyone with any ideas on activities or any one done a christmassy tour before??? your input would be appreciated!!!
Also, it says in the travel docs somethin bout tour guides and drivers legally having to have some time off and that in that situation, it is up to us to make the journey from a to b... My guess is that christmas would qualify as one of those days.... Just wondering if anyone knows anythin bout this?? I dont wanna be stuck somewhere!!
One more question!! Is Contiki really this party mad crazy tour??? It sounds a lot like schoolies to me! And I kinda dont wanna be partying too much...
