WIZARD CREDIT CARDS

Just wondering, has anyone used a wizard clear advantage credit card (mastercard) over seas/ or in europe?
I just applied for one as there are no fees (unless charged by the bank's ATM that your using over there, but not by wizard).
When i rang ANZ they said their's was safer o/seas cos of some microchip thing it has, and that some places now wont accept cards without the chip?!
Wizard only gave me $2700 credit. Though i have a virgin one with $9100.
Is it prob better to take the two incase they won't take one of them?
And just put money on it/them before?
Can you take the money (credit) back off it when home if not used up?
Or is it better to cancel virgin and get an increased limit on the wizard one?
So a few questions.
Bye!!
