If you book it up the lady on the phone asked me some food questions so you can tell them your a veggie and as for swimming if you are thinking of doing a cruise you only sleep on the boat. During the days you are exploring towns .etc. unless when moored up at a pretty spot some people jump into the sea you can sit and watch. I’m sure it will be fine. You are mostly on land. I’m doing July 30th trip the 8 day cruise down the islands so if you’ve booked something fingers crossed you are on my trip as I’m going solo! ekkk hope this helps you anway :)

Hey, I did this tour in August this year, the boat stops for swimming every day and everyone jumps over the side of the boat for a swim, the water is really calm and everyone takes floaties in so just pack a sturdy pool toy that you can blow up and float on. As for food on the boat they didn’t really cater that well for vegetarians but it depends on what you are used to, I think they were served veges, fruit, cheese and loads of bread but the boat docks every afternoon so you can go explore and get your own food. It was the best trip I’ve been on, so relaxing, the people were so nice and the Country is amazing I’m planning another trip next year. Hope that information helps :)
