Are there many couples on these trips?

Both tours that I have done had several couples.
On my last tour TWO of the couples got engaged while on tour (myself included) blush
The hotel tours are much better suited for couples since you will be guaranteed your own private room every night.
I had an awesome time on my first Contiki tour by myself but had an equally awesome time on my second Contiki tour being able to share everything with my fiance.
I say go for it!
