    Hi Selina,
i got your request thanks for that – its always good to put a face to a name. So do you have any idea of what optional extras you might do? im thinking of doing the sky diving but i am terrified – will have to see how i go when there!!! im not usually a thrill seeker so there will be no bungy jumping for me. im guessing from your facebook that you are from Tassie? i have never been there before – but it is on my list for one day. Hi Shezzie,
Is that what you prefer to be called or something else? It is nice to put a face to a name, sorry I was meaning to send you a msg on facebook but things have been a bit hectic these last 4-5 days – looking forward to Christmas and 11 days off!!!
Optional extras… I’d love to do the sky diving but I’m a bit like you, will have to see how I am when I get there! I definitely won’t be doing bungee either!!! I want to do the Glacier Hike and Shotover Jet… there is so many things I want to do, even the horse riding sounds good!!!
Yes, I’m from Tassie!!! I’ve never been to Adelaide either, it’s definitely on my list too Smiler<!--graemlin::)--> I see from your facebook you’ve been to Vanuatu – nice!!! Smiler<!--graemlin::)-->

    Howdy,
i get called lots of different names – so i dont mind – it ranges from Shez, Shezza, Shezzie, Shezalee – bahahaha. Thats cool about facebook msg – i would have sent you a msg on there too but for some reason my work comp doesnt let me – arrggghh!
yeah the Glacier hike looks good – the Shotover jet (my parents went on that recently and apparantly not long after they did it was on the news it went into the rocks ad 12 people in hospital) As i get older i am getting more chicken but i dont want to regret not doing anything. the luge ride looks nice! Smiler<!--graemlin::)-->
yeah – Vanuatu earlier this year for a friends wedding, it was great fun. i have also been to Bali and Fiji – have you been anywhere overseas?

Hahaha – I’m glad you’re not fussed!!! I have a friend we all call Shez, so you might end up getting that from me Smiler<!--graemlin::)-->
Oh my, well that’s a little concerning about the Shotover Jet… yikes, I’m nervous now!!! I’m the same as you, I’m getting more chicken as I get older but I know I’ll regret not doing things if I don’t! Yes the luge ride looks FUN Smiler<!--graemlin::)-->
Oh you are quite the island hopper! Which was your favourite out of the three, I wanted to do either Fiji or Vanuatu later this year, but only know people who have been to one and not the other so I haven’t been able to make a decision! I went to London for 10 days and travelled around Europe in 2005 – Amsterdam, Germany (Oktoberfest!!!), Austria, Hungary and Italy. I haven’t been o/s since so I’m itching for NZ!

    Hello Again –
Geez you must think……..does this girl do any work?!! ha ha.
well out of the 3 its hard – they were all great, Bali i did with a group of friends when i was about 19 – that was awesome but i wouldnt go back there twice. Fiji – i went with my boyfriend at the time – was a good couple thing to do but not much shopping – its more like relaxing in the pool, drinking cocktails and going to an island – i did white water rafting and that was great. Vanuatu was awesome (probably the best) as a huge group of us went for the wedding – we spent so much time in the pool at the pool bar but also did dune buggy riding, snorkelling and saw the beautiful cascade waterfall and went swimming in it.
i am planning on going to London in July/Aug next year for a working holiday – i think NZ will just give me the travel bug even more. ha ha.

LOL – You must think the same about me!!! What do you do for work?
Thanks for your opinions… Fiji does sound like a good couple place to go to, but Vanuatu sounds amazing. I suppose it could also be lovely for some couple time but also sounds as if it has plenty of fun things to do, that waterfall sounds amazing!!!
When I went to London/ Europe I went with my b/f at the time too, we were lucky as he had a cousin living in London at the time so we just based ourselves there so we saved heaps on accommodation! You’ll absolutley love it, it’s such an amazing place… I could totally live there if it wasn’t so far away from Aus Smiler<!--graemlin::)-->

Ah cool nice to meet you too. Yeah I think the only way I’ll skydive is if they drug me and drag me out the plane backwards ha!

Enjoy the wedding and look forward to meeting you on the 7th!!
    See ya!

    Hi Joan,
Not long now!!! I am looking forward to the whole Contiki experience, although I am also not too sure about skydiving, see how I go on the actual day I think! I’m looking forward to the hiking at Franz Josef and there is a horse riding optional in Queenstown which I am pretty keen to do also.
Travel safely and I’m looking forward to meeting you in NZ on the 7th!

Hi Selina, nice to hear from a fellow traveller. Yeah the whole thing should be good fun!! I’m arriving in Wellington late on Sunday (around 11ish). I probably won’t hardly sleep and then up early to meet at 7am! Yeah I was thinking about the horse riding though I’ve only been riding a couple of times. I’m definitely on for the full day hike when we get to Queenstown! Only couple more days at work and then should start my strategic packing! I’m going to attempt to travel light! We’ll see how that goes!!!
