Aegean Classic - April 2011

I'm thinking of heading away in April on the Aegean Classic. Was Wondering if anyone has done this tour before and could give me any hints and tips on it. What optional extras to definitely do (i have heard that George's boat is a must) and which ones not to do.
If anyone else is heading out that time, would be nice to say to to possible fellow travellers.
