Meals on tours?

I'm doing 2 euro tours later this year and was wondering what sort of meals are provided?? When it says breakfast do we have a large choice? For dinners that are provided do we go to restaurants and have a large choice?
I'm just a strict/healthy eater ad what to know what options I will have, and don't want to eat too much unhealthy stuff while i am away.
