European Magic vs berlin to budapest

Help! I can't decide between these trips. I will definitely be going in July 2011, I am just concerned that European Magic is too fast paced, and Berlin to Budapest is not as "scenic." I am a big party-er, so any tips on nightlife would be great as well. If anyone has done either of the trips please please let me know why you think I should do one or the other. Thanks!!
