Golden Fleece question

Hello everyone,
I am booked to go on the Golden Fleece cruise in 2 months and I'm so excited. I looked up the cruise ship on the Louis Hellenic website and I noticed that there were additional excursions offered by the cruise operator that were not included as optional extras on the contiki itinerary. Does this mean that I am limited to only certain excursions or do I have the option to participate in the excursions listed on the Louis Hellenic website?
