I have come across a company that has cell phones for $50-$180USD for the phone and per min at $1.25USD no contract no monthly fees good in 170 countries with one SIM card and it is yours forever. Its called Mobal International Cell Phones

And has any one used a cell phone on any of the crusies? The coverage maps look to cover every area we will be in Greece, Turkey and Egypt.

T-ALF, is there a time limit (length of days) that you are restricted to use one of their phones? I will be in Europe for 3 weeks.
