Worried about tour cancellation

Hey,
I am booked on the Sept 16th NY-LA Grand northern and we are the only grand northern tour going either way that isnt on definate departure. As i have booked and paid for EVERYTHING im worried that Contiki will cancel the tour. I know that there is still a while to go but how full does a bus have to be to be put on Definate Departure?
