The best tours are really a matter of what your preference is. You have to ask yourself if you would rather spend more time in fewer cities or spend a small amount of time in as many places as possible. Also depends on how much you are looking to spend. obviously, the longer the tour is, the more it costs.

That is a very difficult question. It really depends on what you want to see and how long you want the tour to be. I did 2 different tours. (i.e. Big Apple Explorer and Grand Southern). I loved them both and made so many friends.
There were no real “best hotels”. Each hotel was different.
My advice… first look at what kind of things you want to do and see in the USA and then plan your trip or choose the option that best suits u.
