Food! do we ever get to cook our own?

Hey guys! im booking for the scenic southern tour 29th Jan - 4th Feb..im wondering if anyone had ever been to these tours and do we ever get to (eat in)? im trying to keep a tight budget. How does it usually work? (where there isnt a dinner provided that is..and lunches as well)..are we ever close to supermarkets etc?
