Slow pace?

Hi guys,
I'm looking at rocking Europe sometime around mid year. I'd love to do a Contiki tour... basically because of the age group and the fact that I'm too lazy to plan the trip myself. However, I've heard all the tours are really intense and cram a lot of stuff in a short period of time. That is great for sightseeing, but I don't get much/anything out of sightseeing at all. I will be going purely to party. I think early mornings, getting onto a bus, will really kill the holiday for me.
I'm looking to go for around 21 days and would like to spend MORE time in LESS locations. Can anyone make any tour recommendations?
