hotel changed with no notice

when i booked my best of usa tour earlier in the year, i was told i would be staying in the Hotel Beacon for NYC. Now that i received my documents, it says i'm staying at brooklyn sheraton... what the?

I’m on the Best of USA Tour Leaving Oct 28th and our hotel was changed to the Sheraton as well. My Travel Agent actually recieved a call to let me know about it. Not too sure why they have changed it

Hi Lisa,
I’ll be on that tour too! It kinda sucks we got moved to brooklyn as it’s out of new york. Beacon was 10 mins from times square/broadway and not to mention across the road from central park. Bummer..
