Hey Stephanie,
Dont worry about missing the meeting, when we did La to the Bay last year there was probably only about 20 people out of the 52 on the tour that turned up. Next year when we do the GS we wont be making the meeting as our flight will come in too late. Its not a problem as when you get your contiki details in the mail they will give you the low down. On the morning of the tour you have your name ticked off with the tour manager anyhow. Yeah so its not a problem missing it at all as i think alot of people have the same problem.- 0 people like this
