Attending Church

I'm going to European Discovery and I'd like to be able to attend church service while I'm there. Not just any church though, there are several churches I want to attend that are the same here in California. Would it be a problem if I had to skip some of the tours for a couple hours just to worship or would it be out of the question. This is my first time doing a tour thing.
