When does a tour become guaranteed?

Hi guys,
Does anybody know at what stage a tour becomes 'guaranteed?' I'm booked in to go on the Euro Discovery on Jan 3-14 and have booked my flights etc. Hasn't really crossed my mind that it would not actually go ahead but now I'm starting to wonder. So far it looks as though we have at least 10 people on my tour according to the forums. If you'be been on Euro Discovery before, could you tell me if it's usually popular at this time of year as well?
