Beaches & Reefs - Room & Laundry Question

I booked the Beaches & Reefs tour with a friend choosing the "twin" room option.

Does that mean we will share a room at every location? Or, are there still locations where we will need to do a quadshare? Will we still need to sign-up at each location for roommates?

Will there be laundry facilities and free time anywhere along this tour? This info will help me decide how little I can pack.
