I booked my trip last November, when I was fit and healthy! But, with my amazing good luck, I dislocated my kneecap two and a half months ago and will eventually need surgery

I can walk *almost* normally (I have a very slight limp and have to wear a stabiliser brace), and I've read up about making sure Contiki knows that I'll come into the trip knowing about my injury and all that liability stuff.

What I really want to know if there is any times I should be aware of that are VERY strenuous on the knees, bicycling in Amsterdam, running to catch a bus, that sort of stuff.

I don't want to miss out on anything, so need to know now what to expect so my physio and I can strengthen the knee up accordingly

Thanks a bunch in advance!

Lizz
