Question about European Discovery and Amsterdam

Hi,
I'm going on the European discovery. I'm deciding whether I should go an extra day earlier or not as we only spend 1 night in Amsterdam the first night and can meet up there instead of London. It says that the tour goes to look around at the Red light District. Is this confirmed? or up to the group as I imagine some of the group may not be open minded and not want to go visit this?
