Activities out of the norm

hey all,
so im doing the European Whirl in september and was looking at doin some activies that arnt on contiki's list.
i wanna do quad biking somewhere around london
hot air ballooning in either Paris, Prague or Rome
a dinner and show on a boat in london down the river..

has any one done any of these and can advise details?
