Good night clubs in London

Hi,
My friend and I (from Australia) are doing European Highlights tour on 10th Sept this 2012.
We are going to be in London for 5 nights before the tour starts...
Just wondering if any of you know some good places to go to in London while we are there for the
5 nights,
Like good night clubs and restaurants and stuff??
