Meeting Place in Edinbough?

I am going on the Scotland & Ireland trip 18th June and was wondering if anyone knew where and when we are meant to meet up in the afternoon, as I am trying to organise travel. When I got my documents, in advance as I am currently on a working holiday, they were unsure where we would be staying.
