Is it too early to be thinking about 2008

Hi all,
Ive been wanting to do one of these Contiki tours for a couple of years now, just havent really been in the position to do so.
What I want to do is do the normal European thing, step on Italian soile, see the Eifell Tower etc.
Ive done Greece before and dont really need to do that again - besides the islands in SUMMER!
So Im looking for the best tour for value - Thinking about the Euro Whirl and hopefully link that to another a day or two later which enables me to do the Mykonos 8 day cruise.
Has anyone done anything similar and how do I go about linking it to another...Basically what is it that I need to do?
Has anyone else started planning for 2008 as yet? Or am I just being a bit over enthusiastic?
Cant wait to do this and how long do I need to wait for dates to appear for 2008?
Any help will be much appreciated!
